Clients will always receive a thorough explanation of what is and is not covered in any quote, so that they always know exactly what services they are paying for.
We will also respond to your messages. If your call isn’t a plumbing emergency, it might take us a day or two, depending on our current schedule and whether your message came in over the weekend, but we WILL get back to you! Clients are always welcome and encouraged to follow up with us if they would like an update on a project status, etc.
